Todd Schorle has a proven track record as a communications and media relations expert. Todd’s background combines expertise in public relations, issue advocacy, non-profits and campaign-style initiatives.
Prior to serving as the executive director for Operation Homefront of Illinois, Todd worked in Washington, DC for a number of years as a public relations specialist for two of the most influential groups in our nation’s capitol. Serving as The Club for Growth’s media associate, Todd helped to expand the Club for Growth’s brand and relations with the media leading into the 2004 elections. In early 2005 Todd, left the Club for Growth to help start a newly founded group called the Free Enterprise Fund. Todd was brought on as the Communications Director and has since helped bring the Free Enterprise Fund out from obscurity to one the most recognized groups of its kind. In addition to acting as a spokesperson, Todd handled all relations with the media and executed all internal and external communications programs and provided strategic counsel to the chairman and all department heads.
Todd has also worked closely with many congressional and senate offices while executing various press conferences, Hill briefings and roundtables.
Earlier in his career, Todd gained valuable knowledge as an assignment editor and field reporter for CBS and NBC News in Chicago, where he reported on local politics, sports and domestic issues.
Todd Schorle, a native of Chicago, is a graduate of DePaul University and holds a BA in Communications.
